Murray Ball

My learning goal for Murray ball was to collect and find good info and put it in to my own words and then put it on paper as a poster to present my facts.

I had to summarise the information and put it into my own words.

I also learnt that the Arts means more than just painters. It is writer's, dancers,singers and spray painters ,

I also learnt that presenting your work on cardboard or a poster is an effective way to do it.

Adrenaline writing - Sam Pilgrim

Pushing my bike across the rocky,dusty dirt track.Thousands of fans standing, cheering. I’m flying up the ramp like a soaring eagle,flipping my bike round  three times. My wheels hit the dirt as the next ramp comes in to sight. I do a triple fronty. I hit the dirt my hand slipping off the handlebars. I get the speed wobbles, my back wheel slip out from underneath me. I crash but get up. I power on hit the last ramp, I do a tail whip and land by my mates.  

Coasting down the bumpy track. Speeding up the massive jump, tail wiping to the other side, wheeling over a pile of concrete. Pulling off a 360 off the end, As I perform the next jump I let go of the side of the bike, I fly over the shingly gully with no hands doing a massive jump with full extension. The roar of the crowd fills my ears as I cross the finish line.

We were researching our chosen artist and putting the words in our own way.
I found this quite difficult but persevered until I got it right.
I like Ed Sheeran because he helps other people and worked hard to be a great singer and songwriter. His songs are great.

For our reading we read ‘ They fought for justice’ written by Jill McDougall.
I enjoyed the article about Martin Luther King so I made my visual poster about him.
Our learning goal was to summarise the key information and put it on our visual poster in our own way.
He is really inspiring because he fought for equal rights of black people in America and got many unfair rules changed.
