camp

On Sunday we drove the 8 and half hour drive to Wellington it was really boring but it was well worth it. We had an amazing meal with Silver Stream Retreat when we finally got to our destination. day1. The next day we had our morning run with Carole and then we got on the bus and went to the amazing Parlament. We had to go through metal detectors and Mrs Dods was pulled aside to be patted down, it was only the metal on her jacket. We had the Parliament teacher guiding us he told us a lot of interesting facts he was amazing because he was quite good at acting like the Prime Minister. It was cool going to Te Papa and seeing all the cool exhibitions. I especially liked the Gallipoli exhibition. Day 2. Today we visited the amazing Weta Workshop we saw a huge Orc with scares covering his face and body. in Weta Workshop we had a guid named Reese he was real cool, inside it was like a wonder land of amazing sculptures .
We also went to the Wellington Zoo, it was real cool seeing all the amazing animals. My favorite was the Cheetah and I really loved feeding the Giraffe. It was so cool seeing all the monkeys and all the other amazing animals.
Day 4. Today we went to Zealandia it was so cool to seeing the amazing things that they are doing in that valley and then we went to Jumparama it was so cool doing flips and things in to the foam pit and doing backflips and front flips on the olympic tramp. The next day we woke up really early and got on the ferry and cruised over to the south island to Picton and had a look at the 9th oldest ship in the world the Edwin Fox and we were actually got to touch it and look at it and then the long ferry ride home.
